    complaint regarding non-taking of domestic current consumption reading from our home Meter No1165259004993 on 8-11-2018&putting some wrong excess figure&calculated when house members are at by chandran:

    Dear Sirs,I am one KSEB consumer,A.Chandran,Con.No:1165259004993,Maruvapadam,Kannadi under sub divn Kuzhalmannam.Our Home address 10/307 Sowparnika kannadi Pole KZM/1/22/1316.Yesterday on 8-11-2018 when we family members are there inside the house one New meter reader without entering our home &without observing present reading as 8910-00 on 8-11-2018 ,Elec.consumption figure is put as 434 in the Bill No; 6525181104249.entering Prev.reading as 8658.&put the Bill under the Gate area.Actually 8910-8658 consumption reading will come only as 252 making excess consumption of 182 units for which he wrongly calculated charge as Rs;2272/00 for 434 units also.
    which may be corrected soon before my online payment of the Bill.Usually every 2 months consumption charge will come around Rs 903/ only which can be verified from u r office record also ..Because of u r Meter reader's mistake poor consumer will have to pay Rs:1370/or so for no fault of the consumer.As I could not get Email address of Asst Engineer,Kuzhalmannam Divn, I am sending my problem in this form for your quick investigation&correction before online payment..Action taken may be informed me by my E mail given above.Tnx.Consumer(A.Chandran)9-11-2018
